Age up to 5 years

Option 1.

Denplan for Children at £4.20 per month

• Includes 2 routine examination and/or advice appointments per year.
• 15% discount off cost of fillings should they be required.
• Includes out of hours emergency call out fees (less £15 excess).
• Includes dental accident cover.
• 5% discount for each additional child also on Denplan.

Option 2.

One off registration fee of £36.35 to cover 2 routine examinations and/or advice appointments per year.

• Additional fees are payable for any other treatment required.
• Out of hours emergency visits are charged at £65 plus treatment fees.
