What to do if you have a dental emergency
If you’re in pain or have sustained a dental injury, call us immediately on 0115 937 5828. We’ll do our best to see you the same day and offer guidance over the phone on how to manage your symptoms until your appointment.
If we’re closed, we have an out of hours emergency telephone number 01845 469 299*. This service is available for our Denplan and private registered patients and should only be used if the practice is closed and in cases of extreme emergency. Everyone else, including registered and unregistered NHS patients, should call 111.
For unregistered patients, we offer private emergency consultations to provide immediate relief and advice on any follow-up treatment needed.
*Out-of-hours emergency dental care is provided by an independent emergency dental service and is not affiliated with Keyworth Dental. This service is for urgent dental emergencies only. Patients who are members of Denplan Essentials must ensure they have opted into the Denplan Supplementary Insurance in order to access emergency treatment via their insurance policy. Emergency cover is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual insurance plan.
Keyworth Dental is unable to guarantee access, availability or fees for third-party emergency providers.
